2 Timothy 4:3-4

Message:
In a world filled with distractions and conflicting opinions, the message from the past resonates loudly today. Just as the people in Noah’s time were warned of impending judgment but chose to ignore the truth, we too are living in an age where many refuse to listen to the truth of God’s Word. The scripture reminds us that there will indeed come a time when people will seek out teachers who only share what aligns with their desires, dismissing the life-giving truths of the Bible. It calls us to be vigilant, to seek and uphold the truth rather than following popular but misguided ideas.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, recognizing the relevance of Your truth in our lives. Help us to discern Your voice amidst the noise of our world. Grant us the courage to stand firm on Your Word, even when it is unpopular or challenging. May we seek after teachers who proclaim Your truth and encourage us to grow in our faith. Protect us from the temptations of misguided ideas and lead us to a deeper understanding of Your will. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
