John 15:20

Merciful God, I ask for renewed strength as I face the trials and persecutions that the world throws at me. Help me to be faithful and steadfast in my walk with You, even though people could not understand me. I believe Your word that as a follower of Christ, I am not exempted from suffering, but should welcome it. I will not be afraid because I know my Redeemer is victorious, and so will I be.
