We don’t worship God because life is good. We worship God because He is good!
In moments of joy and celebration, it’s easy to lift our hearts in praise. However, true worship flourishes in trials and tribulations. Our circumstances are ever-changing, but God’s goodness remains unshakable. Worship is our declaration of faith, acknowledging His character above our fleeting circumstances. Let us focus on the unchanging goodness of God, reminding ourselves that our worship is not dependent on what’s happening around us, but on who God is.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your everlasting goodness. In seasons of plenty and times of want, help us to remember that our worship is rooted in Your character, not our circumstances. May we lift our voices in praise always, drawing strength from the knowledge that You are good and faithful. Fill our hearts with Your spirit so we may spread Your love to those around us. Amen.
