You must never sacrifice your relationship with God for the sake of a relationship with another person. In today’s world, we are often faced with choices that challenge our priorities. Relationships can be fulfilling and enriching, but they should never take precedence over our bond with God. He is our source of strength, wisdom, and unconditional love. Remember that our relationship with Him forms the foundation for all other relationships in our lives. When we keep God first, our interpersonal connections will flourish in harmony with His will.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of relationships and for the love You offer us. Help us to prioritize our connection with You above all else. Grant us the wisdom to recognize when our relationships may be drawing us away from our faith. Strengthen us to make choices that reflect our commitment to You, knowing that You always have our best interests at heart. May our love for You guide us in loving others well. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
