Cleanse me and change me

Dear God, I surrender all my sins to you. Cleanse me and change me. I want to stop sinning but I can’t do this without you. Help me and renew my heart and spirit just like what Kind David asked. Lord, please make me the person you want me to be. In Jesus name, Amen.
