Pray

Message:

In our fast-paced lives, it’s easy to let emotions and stress dictate our actions. Yet, one powerful practice we can embrace is to pause. When we experience doubt, anger, fatigue, or stress, taking a moment to pause can provide clarity and peace. It creates an opportunity to reflect, gather our thoughts, and invite God into our feelings. By pausing, we acknowledge our emotions but choose not to be led by them. Instead, we turn our hearts toward God and pray, seeking guidance and strength for the challenges we face.

Prayer:

Dear Lord,

In moments of doubt, anger, fatigue, and stress, help me to remember to pause. Teach me to take a breath and invite Your presence into my heart. May I find calm in the chaos and clarity in confusion. Guide my thoughts and emotions, helping me to respond with grace and wisdom. Thank You for being my refuge and strength. I trust in Your plan and lean on You during life’s storms.
