During a recent book signing event, a nine-year-old fan of the series approached Keanu to express his admiration, saying that the “Matrix” star was his favorite actor. And Keanu’s reaction? Well, it’s as heartwarming as you can imagine.

Reports and footage from the book signing event show the young boy approaching Reeves with excitement, calling him his “favorite actor”. Reeves engages with the boy, asking for his name (Noah) and introducing himself as well. The actor’s beaming smile and grateful response to being the young fan’s favorite actor is truly heartwarming. Reeves then quizzes Noah about the character Duke Caboom, voiced by Reeves in Toy Story 4, showing not only his politeness but also his enthusiasm for his work.
Fans have consistently praised Reeves for his genuine interactions with others, always showing as much joy in meeting them as they do in meeting him. It’s safe to say that meeting Keanu Reeves is an exception to the saying, “never meet your idols.”
