Artemis II Pilot Victor Glover gave an impromptu mini-sermon in his driveway as his neighbors recently welcomed him back to planet Earth.
“I don’t know if you heard me say it, but God told us to love Him with all that we are and love our neighbors as ourselves,” he said, according to the NYPost. His neighbors reportedly applauded loudly and some even shouted “Amen!” “I love you, and we love you,” he said.
Glover also posted on his X account, “Home, again! Mission complete. I hope we glorified God, humanity, our families and our terrific teams at NASA and Canadian Space Agency… Time to share the good news!”
