A landmark ruling in California: A federal judge has permanently banned public schools from enforcing policies that hide students’ gender identity from parents.
The court says these rules violate parents’ rights and compel teachers to deceive parents.
“Today’s incredible victory finally, and permanently, ends California’s dangerous and unconstitutional regime of gender secrecy policies in schools…. it restores sanity and common sense,” said Paul Jonna of the Thomas More Society.
