From Anxiety to Peace: Gaya Mor’s Turning Point

A powerful testimony is emerging from Gaya Mor, who says her life was completely transformed after encountering the New Testament for herself.

Raised in Israel and previously identifying as transgender, Gaya didn’t expect what would happen when she began reading. She described being struck by how deeply Jewish the text felt—filled with references to rabbis, familiar names, and connections to the Scriptures she already knew.

But what started as recognition quickly became deeply personal. As she read about Jesus, she was overwhelmed with emotion, reflecting on His suffering and finding herself crying out to God in a moment of conviction.

Before this, she had battled intense anxiety, isolation, and even thoughts of harming herself. But in a moment of fear, she called out to Jesus—Yeshua—and says everything shifted. The anxiety that once consumed her suddenly lifted, replaced by a peace she had never experienced before. That night, she was finally able to rest.

That encounter marked a complete turning point. Today, Gaya has walked away from her former identity and now follows Jesus, identifying as a Messianic Jew and sharing her story boldly!
