God can do great things through small people.
In a world that often measures success and ability by size, wealth, or status, it’s easy to feel insignificant. Yet, the truth is that God delights in using those who might seem small or unimportant in the eyes of the world. Throughout scripture, we see countless examples of God choosing the least likely candidates to accomplish His extraordinary plans. From David, the youngest shepherd, to Mary, a humble young woman, God’s power flourishes in the presence of humility and faith.
When we embrace our limitations and recognize that our strength comes from the Lord, we open the door for God to work through us. It’s a beautiful reminder that greatness isn’t about how big we are, but how big our God is.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, help me to see my worth in Your eyes. Thank You for reminding me that I am not too small for Your purposes. Equip me with the faith to trust in Your plans, knowing that You can bring about great things through my humble efforts. May I always be a vessel for Your work in this world, no matter how insignificant I feel. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
