I just finished studying the book of Joel this morning and I just wanted to share about the ESV Study Bible because it helped me SO much while reading it! The study bible’s notes helped me understand what I was reading and I got a lot more out of Joel than I would just reading it myself. I really recommend getting this if you are like me and have never studied the Old Testament myself before, or if you are reading it again and want to learn more about it! Also if you prefer a different translation than ESV, you can get study bibles in lots of different translations 🙂
