James 4:7

Dear Father, I admit that I often do things on my own without asking for Your guidance. Sometimes, even when I have already received instruction from Your word, I deliberately disobey Your guidelines for my life. Teach me Lord to humble myself and submit to Your word and will. Only then will I be able to flee the works of the enemy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
