Kathie Lee Gifford is once again sharing her love for God and the Bible with the world. In a recent post, she encouraged followers to pursue “a life surrendered to God.”
She’s got a new book called “Nero and Paul: How the Gospel of Grace Defeated the Ruler of Rome” that shows “the stark contrast” between “selfish ambition” and “unwavering faith.” Kathie Lee says their story shows “how the gospel of grace” is even more powerful than empires.
She also dug deeper into her faith in an interview, telling Woman’s World how she pursues her faith on a practical level each day. “My superpower is prayer. Prayer moves mountains…”
“Every morning when I wake up and I have a pulse, that means God still has a purpose for me,” she told the magazine. “I thank the Lord that I’m awake and I usually say, ‘Let the morning bring me word of Your unfailing love for I put my trust in You. Show me the way that I should go.’ It’s an attitude of gratitude and it’s true. I’ve so much to be grateful for.”
