I’m not perfect. I fail God daily. That’s exactly why I need more of Him in my life each day.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that acknowledges its imperfections and the weight of my shortcomings. I recognize that I am not perfect and that I stumble often in my walk with You. Each day brings its own challenges, temptations, and opportunities where I might fall short of the person You have called me to be. I feel the burden of these failures, and yet, it is in these moments of humility that I truly understand my need for Your grace and presence in my life.
Lord, I am grateful for Your unfailing love and mercy that covers my sins, even when I feel undeserving. Your Word reminds me that Your grace is sufficient for me, and in my weakness, Your strength is made perfect. I invite You into my heart each morning, asking that You fill me with Your Spirit and guide my thoughts, words, and actions throughout the day. Help me to reflect Your light in a world that often seems dark and chaotic.
As I navigate through the trials of each day, I seek Your wisdom and strength. May I find comfort in knowing that even when I fail, I am never alone. You walk with me, and Your compassion renews my spirit. I pray for a deeper relationship with You, one that grows stronger with each challenge I face. Let my failures be a catalyst for my growth, reminding me of my dependence on You.
Lord, I ask for forgiveness for the times I have strayed and for the moments I have chosen my own path rather than Yours. Teach me to surrender my will to You, trusting that Your plans for me are good and filled with hope. Help me to cultivate a heart that yearns for more of You each day, one that is always seeking the quiet moments of connection with You.
