Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart that longs to know You more, to seek You with all my being. Help me to recognize the distractions that pull me away from seeking Your presence. I desire to be like David, who knew that his strength was in pursuing You. Teach me, Lord, to set aside time for You, to create a sacred space in my day where I can enter into Your presence and find peace.
As I dig deeper into my relationship with You, I ask for clarity and direction in my life. Help me to understand Your will and to trust in Your plans, even when they may seem uncertain. Let my heart be attuned to Your voice, guiding me through the challenges and joys alike. I pray for a heart that yearns for Your wisdom, and a spirit that is receptive to the movement of Your Holy Spirit within me. May I be transformed by the journey of seeking You, becoming a vessel of Your love and grace in the world.
Lord, I also lift up those around me who may be struggling to seek You in their lives. Help them to open their hearts to the truth of Your presence.
