Lord, help me to guard my heart against negativity and doubt, to filter out the distractions that can lead me astray. Teach me to focus on what is pure, lovely, and praiseworthy, filling my heart with Your truth and love.
I ask for Your wisdom to discern what impacts my heart. May I surround myself with uplifting people who inspire me to grow in faith and joy. Help me to be aware of the thoughts I entertain, ensuring they align with Your will for my life. Lord, fortify my spirit so that I may stand firm against the trials that seek to weigh my heart down. Allow me to see each challenge as an opportunity to deepen my reliance on You.
