Lord, we know that You see every tear we shed and every anxious thought that clouds our minds. We thank You for Your constant presence in our lives, for the assurance that we do not walk this path alone. As we extend our hands to You, may we fully surrender our burdens. Help us to trust in Your divine power and to seek Your guidance in times of trouble. We ask that You lift the heavy weights that we carry, replacing them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
