In these moments of struggle, I ask that You grant me the wisdom to recognize when anxiety dwells within me or those around me. Help me to become a source of encouragement and light, allowing Your words to flow through me as I interact with others. Inspire me to speak good words that can uplift and cheer the weary heart. May I be mindful of the power of my words, choosing to express kindness, compassion, and hope, reflecting Your grace in all that I say. As I navigate through life’s challenges, remind me of the importance of surrounding myself with uplifting voices and also being one for others. Lord, I pray that I may not only seek out encouragement for myself but also be diligent in offering it to those in need.
