Dear Heavenly Father,

Nevertheless, I take comfort knowing that You are my refuge and strength, a constant help in times of trouble. When the shadows of fear begin to surround me, I choose to place my trust in You. I relinquish my worries and ask for Your guiding light to lead me through moments of anxiety and doubt.
Lord, I pray for the grace to surrender my fears into Your capable hands. Help me to remember that You are a God who cares about my well-being. Each worry I carry becomes lighter when surrendered to You. May my heart be filled with Your peace, the peace that surpasses all understanding.
