Jesus, I choose today to follow You and You alone.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, as I come before You today, I acknowledge my desire to walk in the path that You have laid out for me. In a world full of distractions and choices, I declare my commitment to follow You and You alone. It is so easy to be tempted by the allure of lesser things, yet I know that true fulfillment and purpose lie in surrendering my will to Yours. I recognize that every step I take, when rooted in Your love and wisdom, leads me closer to the life You have designed for me.
Thank You, Lord, for the gift of Your guidance. You are the light in my darkness and the compass that directs me through life’s winding roads. I pray for the strength to resist the temptation to stray from Your path. Help me to remain steadfast in my decision to prioritize my relationship with You above all else. May every thought I harbor, every word I speak, and every action I take reflect my deep commitment to follow You.
I ask for Your grace to bolster me against doubt and fear that may cloud my judgment. When the trials of life rise against me, remind me of Your promise to never leave or forsake me. Instill in me the courage to stand firm in my faith, to trust in Your plan even when it seems unclear. Let me rest in the assurance that with each step towards You, I am fulfilling my purpose and bringing joy to Your heart.
Lord, as I navigate this day, open my eyes to the opportunities to serve and love others as You have loved me. Let my life be a testament to Your goodness and mercy. May those around me see the light of Christ shining through my actions, drawing them closer toward You. I dedicate my thoughts and intentions to You, knowing that true peace comes from a heart aligned with Your will.
