Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart that sometimes struggles to relinquish control. In a world that often measures success by the attainment of personal goals and plans, I seek to find solace in the truth that Your ways are higher than mine. Today, I make the conscious decision to lay down my own aspirations and desires at Your feet. I acknowledge that my understanding is limited, yet I trust in Your infinite wisdom.
Lord, there have been times when I have clung tightly to my own plans, only to find that they lead to confusion or disappointment. Help me to remember that Your plans for me are crafted with love and purpose, designed to bring about my highest good. May I find peace in the process of surrender, knowing that Your timing is perfect and Your paths lead to fulfillment beyond what I can envision.
