It is challenging because it calls for surrender and trust in a purpose that may differ from our own vision.

Lord, I pray that You grant me the wisdom to balance my ambitions with Your divine will. Help me to embrace the truth that while I strive to fulfill my plans, it is Your greater purpose that will ultimately prevail in my life.
As I chart my course, I may encounter moments of uncertainty and doubt. In those times, remind me of Proverbs 19:21, that many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is Your purpose that prevails. Let Your peace wash over me, calming my restless thoughts and guiding my heart towards the path You have laid out for me. Teach me to surrender my plans into Your hands, trusting that Your timing and direction are perfect.
I ask for patience to wait upon You, especially when my dreams seem far from reality or when I face obstacles that challenge my resolve. Fill me with the courage to accept change, knowing that even when things do not unfold as I had envisioned, You are still at work, crafting a purpose that is good and pleasing. May Your Holy Spirit guide my steps, aligning my heart with Yours.
Lord, help me to be open to the possibilities that flow from trusting You fully. As I seek Your guidance, allow me to recognize and embrace the doors You open, even if they lead me in unexpected directions.
