Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that longs for Your healing and renewal. I acknowledge that at times, I allow my past to cloud my vision of who I truly am in You. I admit that the weight of past mistakes and heartaches has sometimes kept me from believing in the bright possibilities that lie before me. But today, I choose to place my trust in Your power, which is far greater than any shadow my past may cast.
Lord, thank You for loving me unconditionally and for always being ready to receive me back into Your warm embrace. I ask for the strength to release my past to You, to let go of the burdens I have carried for too long. Help me to understand that my past does not define my future and that Your grace is sufficient for my every need. As I reflect on my life’s journey, I seek to find joy in Your mercies that are new every morning.
