Heavenly Father, as we pause in Your presence today, we come with hearts longing for deeper understanding and experience of love. Teach us to speak with kindness and to listen with compassion, so that we may reflect Your love in our daily interactions. Help us to remember that it is not our words or talents that define us, but the love that we express to others.
Lord, we ask for the strength to love even when it is difficult. When we are faced with anger, misunderstanding, or indifference, grant us the grace to respond with love instead of frustration.
