Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart longing for Your presence. Thank You for standing at the door of my heart, patiently waiting for me to invite You in. I acknowledge the times I have been hesitant or distracted, failing to hear Your voice. Help me to recognize the moments when You are calling me closer to You. May I find courage to respond to Your gentle knock and open the door wide, welcoming You into every facet of my life.
Lord, I desire to experience the fullness of relationship that You so freely offer. In my moments of fear or doubt, let me remember that You are with me, ready to fill me with Your peace and strength. I invite You into my struggles, my joys, and my brokenness. Let Your light shine in the darkest corners of my heart. Heal me where I am wounded, guide me where I am lost, and uplift me where I feel weary.
As I surrender my plans and dreams to You, allow me to trust that Your ways are higher than mine. Teach me to listen for Your voice, and grant me the wisdom to recognize Your guidance in my everyday life. May my willingness to open the door bring not only peace to my soul but also a radiance that draws others to Your love.
Thank You for Your faithfulness, for the promise that when I open the door, You will come in. Help me to carry that assurance into my interactions with others, that I might be a vessel of Your love and light.
