True nourishment comes not just from the food we eat, but also from our connection to God, the Word, and the purpose we seek in our lives. It invites us to reflect on our priorities, urging us to fill our hearts with spiritual wisdom, love, and grace. Just as bread sustains the body, the Spirit sustains us in ways that food alone cannot. We must cultivate our faith daily, seeking spiritual truths that provide long-lasting fulfillment and joy.
