Lord, equip us with the armor of God; help us to wear truth like a belt, wrap righteousness around us as a breastplate, don our feet with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, and take up our shield of faith against the fiery darts of doubt and fear. May we take hold of the sword of the Spirit, which is Your holy word, allowing it to guide our actions and illuminate our path. Let our battle be fought in prayer, and let our voices rise in declaration of Your power and provision.
Teach us, O God, to see others through Your eyes, extending grace even to those we perceive as enemies. Help us to respond with love and understanding, breaking down walls that separate us from one another.
