Gracious and loving God, as I come before You today, I acknowledge my moments of weakness and vulnerability. Help me to let go of the burdens that weigh on my heart and mind, those worries that keep me up at night and drain my spirit during the day. Teach me to bring these challenges to You, trusting in Your unfailing love and strength.
God, I thank You for being my refuge and my fortress, reminding me that I am never alone in my struggles. Even when I feel abandoned or forgotten, help me to see Your presence in my life.
