The Lord replied, “My child, I would never leave you. During your times of trial, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.”
In moments of struggle or despair, it is often difficult to recognize the presence of divine support. We may feel alone, our burdens seeming too heavy to bear. Yet, in this poignant reminder, we find comfort in the assurance of the Lord. He is a constant companion, especially during our most trying times. Those solitary footprints in the sand signify not abandonment, but the unwavering embrace of God’s love, carrying us through our difficulties when we feel we cannot move forward on our own.
