Dear Lord, thank you for this new day you have given me. Today, please help me to focus more on what is right, instead of all that is wrong. Help me to change what I can, and leave everything else in your hands. May your joy be my strength and your peace fill my heart. Help me to remember that any burdens I face are meant to rest on your shoulders, not mine. What is too much for me to bear, is not too much for you. You will help me handle all that I am given. Thank you, Lord! In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father, as I rise to greet this new day, I come before you with a heart filled with gratitude. Thank you for the gift of another day, a fresh opportunity to experience your grace and love. I acknowledge the challenges that lie ahead and the burdens I sometimes carry. Yet, I remind myself in these moments of difficulty, that there is solace in surrendering my concerns to you. Help me to see beyond my struggles and to focus on the goodness that exists in the world. Guide me to embrace the right paths, shunning negativity and all that pulls my heart away from you. May your joy infuse my spirit today, serving as a beacon of strength as I navigate the complexities of life. I ask that you fill my heart with your peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding. May it be a refuge amid storms, a calm sea in turbulent times.
Lord, teach me to trust that the weight of my burdens need not rest solely on my shoulders. Help me to remember that you are always there to share the load. In my weakness, I seek your strength to carry on, knowing that what feels overwhelming to me is light work for you. May I find reassurance in knowing that you are my rock, my fortress, and my ever-present help.
As I step into this day, help me to shine your light in every interaction. Let my words be kind, my actions be compassionate, and my heart be open to those in need. In each challenge, grant me discernment, helping me to change what I can for the better, while placing my trust in your divine wisdom for what I cannot control.
