Heavenly Father, I come before you today with a heart that seeks to release every burden I have been carrying. I recognize that I often try to take back what I have entrusted to you, and I ask for your forgiveness. Help me, Lord, to understand the magnitude of your care and the depth of your love for me. Teach me to truly surrender my worries, my fears, and my desires into your hands.
As I reflect on the struggles that weigh heavily on my soul, I am reminded of your faithfulness. You have always been there for me, guiding me through times of uncertainty and illuminating my path in darkness. I want to trust you completely, believing that your plans for my life are good and true. I release my attempts to control outcomes and ask that you fill my heart with peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, instill in me the courage to let go, and help me to know that once I give my struggles to you, I should not cling to them any longer. Replace my anxiety with a spirit of gratitude, and teach me to cast all my cares upon you, knowing that you care for me deeply.
