In this illustration, we are reminded of the profound sacrifice that Jesus made for humanity. The ice block represents Jesus, who willingly gave Himself up for our salvation, depicted by the fish thriving in the water He provides. This image echoes the truth found in John 15:13, which states, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” Jesus’s ultimate act of love allows us to experience true life and fullness. His sacrifice is the source of our existence and the fountain from which blessings flow.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the incredible gift of Your Son, Jesus. We are grateful for the relentless love He has shown by giving Himself for us. Help us to understand the depth of His sacrifice and to embrace the life that He offers. May we live in a way that honors His commitment, sharing that love with others around us. Give us the strength to be vessels of Your love, so that we, too, may bring life to those in need. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
