Jim Caviezel reprises his role as Jesus, with Maia Morgenstern (Mary) and Francesco De Vito (Peter) also returning. Produced by Lionsgate and Icon Productions, the films revisit the aftermath of the Crucifixion, promising a sweeping biblical epic more than 20 years after the original shattered box office records.
