I’ve had so many people message me & other accounts for shoutouts or for tips on growing their account or gaining followers.
–
this isn’t meant to be mean. I’ve been there, too.

although, here’s a tip: give it to God & use it for His glory alone.
–
never in a million years would I have thought this account would have grown & grown my faith as it has. the Lord took a tentative idea & ran with it.
–
that being said, bible journaling or christian pages should be for God’s glory; not for ours. I rarely give shout outs that are asked for because I think it goes against the point of what accounts about God should be.
–
the point I’m trying to make is: we need to be checking our hearts behind our posts & our pages.
–
am I posting this to bring attention & glory to God & His Word or to myself & my abilities (that the Lord gave me)?

if you’ve been focusing on yourself with your page, it’s not too late to make a change. and you’re not alone in this struggle. pray. ask God to check your heart & help you bring glory to Him through your platform. no matter how large or small, every page makes an impact.

push your followers towards His Word. I share what the Lord is teaching me in my life to hopefully encourage others to seek Him & His Word.
