Sinbad’s Triumphant Return

Sinbad is back on stage and selling out shows a powerful testimony of resilience and God’s restoring grace after suffering a stroke in October 2020.

The beloved comedy legend sold out two triumphant comeback performances at the historic Ice House in Pasadena, California. At 69 years old, Sinbad announced the April 29 and May 10 dates, and tickets sold out within hours by fans eager to support his return. In a beautiful family blessing, his daughter and fellow comedian Paige Bryan opened both nights the first time this father and daughter have shared the stage as comics. What a precious reminder of the God-given gift of family standing together.

Sinbad shared his joy with characteristic fire: “It’s just the beginning of me coming back. I got so much stuff to talk about. I’m gonna be talking more trash than I ever talked.”

This is far more than a showbiz comeback it is a moving example of perseverance, the strength of family bonds, and the power of faith to overcome life’s hardest trials. In a world that desperately needs hope, Sinbad’s return reminds us that with God’s help, no setback is final. We give glory to the Lord for bringing this legend back to do what he was created to do, and we pray continued strength and blessings over him and his family.
