Please help our beloved Cynthia Venson (affectionately known as Cece to her grandbabies), a wife, mother, and longtime community servant in Hattiesburg and Oak Grove. Cece has been battling cancer for several years with strong faith and perseverance. Local treatments in Hattiesburg have not produced the hoped-for results, so her remaining option is an integrative treatment program combining homeopathic and traditional medicine at a specialized hospital in Arizona.
Insurance does not cover this care, and the total cost is substantial. Our goal is to raise $60,000 to support her treatment, travel, and related expenses.
Cece dedicated 28 years as an educator and administrator serving local students and families. Since retiring, she has spent the past 3 years contributing to the community through hand-crafted organic teas and farm-raised meats at the farmers market.
