Thank You for carrying me through

Dear God, thank You for carrying me through another month. Lord, I choose not to worry about the things that I cannot control. Please help me to trust Your plans & always remind me that no matter what happens, You are in full control of everything. May You continue to bless my family with good health & miracles.
