Actor Tim Allen has been talking more and more about his faith in Christ in recent months. He’s been opening up about his journey through the Bible, as well as his journey toward forgiveness for the man who killed his father.
One moment came while reflecting on one of the most heartbreaking and powerful scenes that America witnessed last year – the Christian response by Erika Kirk after the murder of her husband, Charlie.
“When Erika Kirk spoke the words on the man who killed her husband: ’That man… that young man… I forgive him’ — that moment deeply affected me,” Allen wrote on X. “I have struggled for over 60 years to forgive the man who killed my Dad.”
