Trump Honors D.C. Shooting Survivor at State of the Union

President Trump awarded a Purple Heart tonight, during his State of the Union Address, to the National Guard survivor of the D.C. terrorist shooting, Andrew Wolfe.

The 24-year-old Air Force Staff Sgt. from the West Virginia National Guard miraculously recovered after being critically wounded in the Nov. 26, 2025, shooting near the White House that killed Spc. Sarah Beckstrom.
