Pray for strength

Dear heavenly Father, I ask You to guide me today so that I may have patience in people and situations. I cannot control everything happening around me, that is why I pray for strength to accept these things with an open mind and heart. It is only through the power of the Holy Spirit that I can endure and be patient for the sake of keeping a good testimony in front of other people. Help me control my emotions no matter what happens today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
