Keep my eyes and heart from evil

Dear God, as I begin this day, may You anoint my lips, keep my eyes and heart from evil, and prevent my feet from moving away from Your will in my life. May my ears always be attentive to Your voice, and my hands ready to obey Your commands. By doing so, I will be able to live my life pleasing to You, while showing a good example to others as well. I ask all these things in Jesus’ name, Amen.
