Do you ever wish you could see the objects or places the Bible refers to? I know I have.

The CSB Holy Land Illustrated Bible @christianstandardbible sent me has been such a wonderful addition to my quiet time. There are many beautiful illustrations and photos that capture or portray the scenery and objects that help the reader to picture what those ancient locations and things looked like. This Bible has emphasis on the history & archeological findings related to His Word. This has broadened my understanding of the Bible since there is a visual as to what the text is referring to and has encouraged me to deeply explore God’s Word with more of a focus on the historical & cultural context.

Plus, this Bible is beautiful, both inside & out! In addition, some other super helpful resources that I’ve utilized in this Bible are multiple maps, introductions to each book of the Bible, a full concordance in the back, descriptions of related archeological findings & articles that help give explanations related to the historical & cultural context of the Word. These included resources help me look at the Word closer to how it might have been in the original context.

It’s just such a beautiful Bible, inside & out! Speaking of, the cover that’s pictured is the ginger leathertouch cover. 🌿

Thanks again to @christianstandardbible for sending this one! #sponsored
