Franklin Graham Calls America to Prayer and Repentance

Evangelist Franklin Graham is issuing a powerful call to Christians across the United States, urging them to pause for a special moment of prayer and repentance this Wednesday, January 14, at 12:00 p.m. ET.

Graham warned that the nation is currently facing a “deepening spiritual and moral crisis,” pointing to escalating violence, crime, drug abuse, and a pervasive sense of hopelessness. He noted that America has drifted from its foundations by embracing secularism and rejecting biblical truth. “The nation is in trouble,” Graham stated, emphasizing that the only solution is a return to God.

The call to action asks believers to humble themselves, repent of national sins, and “cry out for God’s forgiveness and healing.” Graham also emphasized praying for our leaders and for peace within our communities, asking that the “forces of division, chaos, and destruction be restrained.”

“Millions of people remembering our sins and asking for forgiveness, repenting, and seeking His face will make a difference,” Graham said. He believes that this united front of prayer is the key to spiritual renewal and national healing, positioning the Church as a beacon of hope in uncertain times.
