Franklin Graham Urges Prayer Amid Minneapolis Unrest

Evangelical leader Franklin Graham is sounding an urgent alarm as protests intensify across the nation following the tragic Jan. 7 shooting of Renee Good. Graham warns that the growing unrest is being fueled by a “radical socialist left” agenda designed to destabilize the foundations of the United States.

Addressing the chaos in Minneapolis, Graham stated that many demonstrators are being used as political “pawns” in a larger struggle. While federal officials maintain the ICE agent acted in self-defense after Good allegedly struck an officer with her vehicle, the streets remain a flashpoint of vigils, school walkouts, and heated confrontations.

Amidst the tension, Graham is pivoting the focus back to a spiritual foundation. He is calling on all believers to recognize the spiritual battle at hand, urging the nation to turn to prayer for our leaders, including President Donald J. Trump, and for the peace of our cities.

“We need to pray for our nation,” Graham urged, emphasizing that the path to healing isn’t found in civil discord, but in divine intervention and law and order. As the community mourns a mother of three and the nation debates federal authority, the call for a Christian response of prayer and discernment has never been more critical.
