From Trauma to Gospel Hope

Jessica Rose lived as a man named Aden for seven years after childhood trauma and abuse shaped her identity.

She later said the transition did not heal the deeper wounds in her heart. “I still was not happy because I never addressed the wounds,” Jessica said.

After a suicide attempt, someone shared the gospel with her. “Someone told me that God loved me,” she said. “That changed everything.”

Jessica later surrendered her life to Christ and began embracing her God-given identity as a woman.
