Khloe Kardashian is speaking publicly about faith and prayer in an episode of her podcast, describing belief as something she “really feel[s]” in “divine ordinary moments” like “nature or music or staring at my children.”
She says faith has been central in her hardest seasons: “It’s literally saved my life,” and admits her relationship with God has had “up and down” periods—especially after her father died, when she says she was “very angry with God.” Over time, she says she learned “to thank God even for the worst of times because they’ve made me who I am.”
Kardashian describes prayer as personal rather than formal: “Prayer can just be how I’m talking right now… you start off with ‘dear heavenly father’… and you say amen.” She also says she prays with her children nightly, and shared an example of telling her daughter: “Whenever… you get scared or nervous, just say a prayer and see how you feel.”
She adds that learning about other faiths has been meaningful to her—“I think it’s so beautiful to explore other religions”—while remaining clear about her own belief: “I’m a child of God… and… Jesus is the son of God.”
