Grammy nominated artist M.I.A. says her life completely changed after what she described as a powerful encounter with Jesus Christ.
Born into a Hindu family, M.I.A. shared that during one of the darkest moments of her life, she cried out spiritually and says Jesus answered.
Since then, she has openly professed her Christian faith despite criticism and backlash, saying she refuses to stay silent about the truth she believes she found in Christ.
