A family is celebrating answered prayers after Marlee Kate was declared cancer-free following a battle with a rare brain tumor known as ependymoma.
Earlier this year, Marlee was diagnosed with the cancerous tumor and underwent surgery followed by several weeks of proton radiation treatment. Throughout the process, her family continually asked for prayer and placed their trust in God.
Sharing the encouraging update, her mother, Ashlyn Brooke Keith, announced, “God is good. Our girl is CANCER FREE.”
After months of uncertainty, treatment, and recovery, the family is now rejoicing in the news and giving thanks for Marlee’s victory.
