When you find yourself in a moment of doubt or anger, remember to take a deep breath. Let that breath be a reminder to pause and seek God’s guidance. In those moments of exhaustion and stress, pause not just to rest, but to reconnect with the source of your strength.

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the gift of pause in our hectic lives. Help us to remember to take time to stop and breathe. May we seek Your presence in times of doubt, anger, fatigue, and stress. Teach us to find peace in the stillness and to pray during these moments. Guide us to make sound decisions and allow Your love to fill our hearts. Amen.
